English term or phrase: pre-filled syringe autoinjector Vs. pre-filled autoinjector
I know what is a pre-filled syringe and what is an autoinjector.
The problem is:
I have these two items in a list , and want to know how to translate the first item and how it is different from teh second:
- 2 pre-filled syringe autoinjectors
- 2 pre-filled autoinjectors

My mind goes in 2 directions:
A- 2 pre-filled syringe autoinjectors = 2 pre-filled autoinjectors with a syringe (works with a syringe)
B - 2 autoinjectors with a pre-filled syringe (works with a pre-filled syringe)

Your help is appreciated!
