Art/Literary - Medical: Pharmaceuticals | | English term or phrase: to approve sth | I would like to know the exact meaning of approve in pharmaceutical context. I mean if it´s said that some juices are approved to be used with the drug does it mean that it´s recommended to use them but you can use other juice and there is no danger or you must use only the approved ones? I´m not sure how to translate it in the context as recommendation or that you can only use the listed juices.
