- 10 ml red cap tube for urine culture.

Explanation:
Fill both tubes completely (10 ml capacity) with urine
sample.

The yellow cap tube filled with 10ml of urine will be used for a urinalysis.

The red cap tube filed with 10ml of urine will be used for a urine culture.

Yes, there are three tubes. There are many types of transfer tubes, even systems that make the process super sterile or easy to use.

The transfer tube will be the tube that the urine specimin is collected in. Then, 10ml of urine will be filled into each of the two different tubes for testing.

... of urine, I would think (since both tests are for urine), differentiating by cap colors:

- tube with yellow cap for urinalysis
- tube with red cap for urine culture
