English term or phrase: slack
Ourfee is X number of dollars. That assumes X number of hours of dealing with people on the plant floor. For every hour on the plant floor over that, it's going to be so much more. They'll accept thatif it sounds reasonable. And if you say, We're starting to go over budget. You'd better talk to your people on the platform.

That way they're looking at the bill running up on them by not cooperating with you. Add that overage X to every job and tell them that if you don't take up too much of my time, I'll give you my overage.

But also, you have to do one other thing. You have to say, As long as you have control ofthe process, it's almost like a cost accountant. You know what the time allocation should be for theprocess. If you decide you want it red instead of orange, that's OK with me, but we're giving youthe turnkey price for the normal given plenty of slack, but if you go over it we've got to charge.
