English professional football is currently divided into the Premier League, Championship, League 1 and League 2, which way back in the mists of time were the First, Second, Third and Fourth Divisions, respectively. I therefore suggest to use League Four in this case.

So I hope that the translation "the Fourth League" is not a big mistake. I have looked through a lot of websites and on a few original English sites I found Division 1 (I Liga) and on the others First League, one of the examples:

We talk about 'League Division 4' etc., and speak of 'the 4th division', but in most other European countries, this construction does not seem to be used, in favour of a more literal translation; I have to admit that to my GB ears, this always makes it sound like a translation, just because it does not mirror the everyday language I am familiar with at home. However, note that the UK now has its 'Premier League' (note: no 'division'), which seems therefore to follow other European usage.
