English translation: "chilled water" is fine

English term or phrase: chilled
Put the venting vessel back onto valve and make sure that it's filled with chilled water liquid up to a level of 2/3.

English translation:"chilled water" is fine
Explanation:
The refrigerant in a heat pump is what moves the heat from one area to another.
From what I understand water is not used for this purpose because it doesn't have the right properties.

However from the description of air-conditioning from Encyclopaedia Britannica 2003 perhaps this chilled water is being cooled by the heat pump:

"Alternate systems of cooling include the use of chilled water. Water may be cooled by refrigerant at a central location and run through coils at other places. In some large factories a version of the earlier air-washer systems is still used to avoid the massive amount of coils needed otherwise. Water may be sprayed over glass fibres and air blown through it."

This may be what is being described.

I cannot read the explanation, but chilled water is cold water, normally a temperature would be given.

agree  Derek Smith: chilled water; "refrigerant" in this type of unit generally refers to the freon type gas / liquid phase substance that generates the cooling capacity through compression; water is the vehicle that transfers the heat or cold to the building via fan coils

this way be chilled water or another liquid. If you're not sure, it woukld be safer to use refigerant.
