But if you want good prices and are willing to sacrifice ambience and air-conditioning, head to department stores such as People’s Park, Chinatown Point, and Chinatown Plaza in Chinatown.

It is very common knowledge all retail stores are rated by customer satisfaction, this is how they structure their pricing.
Bigger shopping malls actually insist all shops rate above 7 or they are kicked out of the mall.
The plaza has 355 shops which are rated over 8/10 So they are very good. If you want cheaper shopping in some place not so good go to department stores such as People’s Park, Chinatown Point, and Chinatown Plaza in Chinatown.
