Mark Nathan: pool decking is often made of wooden slats (not slippery and do not get too hot to walk on) but as Veronika says, 5 acres (approx 2 hectares) does sound rather a lot!

Sheila Wilson: I suspect this is not one pool with one deck but many. After all, there are 19 restaurants so there will likely be many, many swimming pools, each with its deck. Where I live they are made of natural stone or crushed stone tiling.
