French to French translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) | | French term or phrase: associé gérant / gérant associé | Un client a trouvé ces deux termes pour désigner la même fonction et veut savoir laquelle est correcte.
Il s'agit en allemand d'un "Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter" d'une société de type "GmbH & Co. KG" (société en commandite dont le commandité est une SARL, cette forme de société n'existe pas en France, m'a-t-on expliqué la dernière fois).
J'avais déjà posé la question dans la partie DE-FR pour plus de sûreté, on m'avait confirmé "associé gérant" et j'ai donc proposé au client cette traduction. Mais il me demande maintenant la différence avec le "gérant associé" qu'il a retrouvé dans d'anciennes traductions.
Y a-t-il une différence? Une forme à utiliser plutôt que l'autre? Merci d'avance pour toute aide. |
