French to French translations [PRO]

I was wondering whether anyone knew how to formally address a conseil en propriété intellectuelle. Would it be correct to use "Maitre" as you would for a lawyer or would you simply use "Monsieur/Madame"?

Dernière solution : vous m'écrivez en particulier, me dites à quel cabinet vous écrivez, je téléphone, demande à la secrétaire et vous informe du protocole :O))
Cela dit, en France, ça n'a pas trop d'importance.
