Le participe passé conjugué avec l'auxiliaire "avoir" s'accorde en genre et en nombre quand son COD le précède :

a) un nom (forme interrogative) :
- Quelle robe as-tu choisie ?
- Choisi quoi ? > la robe > COD placé avant > accord.

Le français est la langue du COD. Cette règle est capitale et les contrevenants devraient être punis avec la plus grande rigueur grammaticale !
