Tatsächlich ist der Unterschied in der Praxis lediglich spitzfindig.
Für die Leistungen des Subs ist der Hauptunternehmer eigentlich auch befähigt/ eingerichtet (z.B. Eisenflechten bei Ortbetonbauweise).
Für Nachunternehmer ist der Hauptunternehmer nicht befähigt, eingerichtet oder zugelassen (z.B. Rohbauunternehmer hat Fliesenlegen im Auftrag aber keine entsprechend ausgebildete Leute oder keinen Eintrag in die Handwerksrolle)
