Видимо, имеются в виду различное кодирование строк для налоговой инспекции и статистических органов. В большинстве своем коды для НИ и стат. органов в формах отчетности совпадают (напр., "Объекты интеллектуальной собственности (исключительные права на результаты интеллектуальной собственности)" 010/010), но есть и отличия, к примеру, "Собственные акции, выкупленные у акционеров" (415/411).
