Los significados de la RAE son:
pinchar.
(De punchar, infl. por picar).
1. tr. Picar, punzar o herir con algo agudo, como una espina, un alfiler, etc. U. t. c. prnl.
2. tr. Poner inyecciones. U. t. c. prnl.
3. tr. picar (‖ estimular).
4. tr. Enojar, zaherir.
5. tr. Manipular una línea telefónica para espiar las conversaciones que se realicen a través de ella.
6. tr. coloq. Poner discos en un equipo reproductor de sonido. U. t. c. intr.
7. intr. Dicho del conductor o de los ocupantes de un vehículo: Sufrir un pinchazo una rueda. Pinchamos en el kilómetro treinta. Fulano pinchó al salir de la curva.
