Spanish term or phrase:RDCC
D.N.I.,
Carnet de conducir,
tarjeta Visa y débito de XXX,
tarjeta del ***RDCC***,
pasaporte ...
Explanation: An idea, if this were a typo - I was trying to think what cards someone might carry alonside the list you gave, and thought of this type of card: www.racc.es
But it depends what this list is for - is it what someone had about their person, or is it a list of acceptable identification?

Asker: Good job Noni. It is MY typo indeed. The list was handwritten by someone else and I had mistaken the "A" for an "R". I am sure because there are more looking like Ds As.
