Spanish term or phrase: "paso x"

Hola!
Estoy buscando el nombre de un ejercicio que en sueco se llama "utfallssteg". Encontré la descripción del ejercicio:
Se extiende el pie delantero casi tan lejos como se pueda y luego se baja. La rodilla trasera baja hacia el suelo pero no lo roza. Se camina de este modo, oscilando el centro de gravedad hacia arriba y hacia abajo.
¿Alguien reconoce este ejercicio? Y lo que es más, ¿tiene nombre definido en español? ¡Gracias!
