This is a mandatory procedure before any projects follows to the next step of mobilization, site setup and project implementation.
The technical review step is carried out by the beneficiary or fonder/donor.
The other term is also review and no-objection procedure, where the commission examines all the technical elements of a project and eventually issues the "No-Objection". You also hear: "submit for no-objection".
