...me too. -- I just wrote a letter to the customer about this question and the others. Might receive explanations, but it happens now and then that clients have forgotten the names of the subjects they studied long ago, or the contents of the subject.

Your idea was better. -- By the way, do you think "approved" refers to the application for copies, or to the results of the pupil? It would be two different words in my language (Swedish).

I talked to a Dep. i Adm. së Arsimit parauniv. representative in Kosovo yesterday about the questions you had about the words posted in this website. His respond came today as follows:

u.a means u aprovua and the word "dyfishtë" means that they issued more than one duplicate and the "dyfishtë" means second copy, so I would call it the "second duplicate copy".

It's probable (that it would refer to the copies), but no-one can say for certain.

I found Udhëzim Administrativ, too (in an abbreviations list at http://www.ero-ks.org/Annual Report/ERO_Annual_Report_for_20... might be useful for others). Like you, I don't think it fits into the dëftese context.
Do you think that the word dyfishtë might refer to the number of copies made?

Lars-erik, ka një alternativë të njohur për shkurtesën U.A. dhe kjo është "Udhëzim administrativ", por nuk më duket të ketë lidhje me një dokument të tillë si dëftesa. Nuk e di a ka ndonjë arsye pse mungon data dhe fjala "duplikatë" në dëftesën në fjalë, por ndoshta arsyet dhe konteksti do të nxirrnin në dritë më shumë "pista".
