Albanian to English translations [PRO]

Albanian term or phrase: afarizëm
I have a couple of terms (from a school in Kosova) including the word afarizëm.
"Korrespondencë me afarizëm sekretaresk"
"Afarizëm administrativ"
The dictionary (Qesku) translates "afarizëm" with "business" and "mercantilism". These words don't fit very well into my contexts. Should I translate it with "activity" or "tasks" or simply "work"?

agree  Ledja Derveni: It seems that these are study courses, therefore it makes sense that they would correspond to "business secretarial studies" and "business administration".
