marrëdhëniet juridike të vendosura për të siguruar të drejtën e jetës për të jetuar të personave, të mbrojtura posaçërisht nga legjislacioni yne penal.
No. 1 - the normal meaning, "especially" and its synonyms. No. 2 - a more specific meaning, like "*the aim* of the law is protecting the right to life" (as in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights).
Would my esteemed colleagues prefer one of these or something quite different? |
