Anita,

We have a couple of lawyers that teach college courses in my school and talking to them I learned that there is not a term that is used for " Shkurtim Vendimi" in American jurisdiction. They practice giving a short version of decision and the detailed one but they use the same word for both version: Decision.
If you really want to use the word “Shkurtim” as part of it, my suggestion will be
Decision
(Short Version)

This is just a thought. Hopefully it helps.

Here is another reference for "dispozitiv" (which I have earlier said is the newer version of "shkurtim")

In law, a summary judgment is a determination made by a court without a full trial. Such a judgment may be issued as to the merits of an entire case, or of specific issues in that case.

Fabiana, nuk behet fjale per shkurtim te mases se vendimit apo ndryshim te neneve. E gjithe faqja ka disa "Shkurtim Vendimi" qe duken me shume si permbledhje e vendimeve te meparshme, e shkurtuar ne forme te permbledhur. Nese perdorim Amendment of Decision, kjo do te jete pak misleading, sepse nuk ka ndryshim ne vendim, thjesht vendimi eshte i permbledhur ne 10 rrjeshta, ne gazeten zyrtare.

Ledja, Summary of ruling sounds good to me as far the explanation goes. I found another option: Summary-Judgment Ruling. Maybe this can be considered?

Përshëndetje Anita, ju thoni se e keni vetëm si titull, por ndoshta nga teksti kuptoni nëse bëhet fjalë për shkurtim të masë së vendimit (dënim, masë konfiskimi, shkurtim kohe të masave të marra nga ky vendim, etj) apo thjeshtë shkurtim dhe anulim i neneve të vendimit. Ajo që thoni ju, që keni gjetur si Abbreviated Decision ka nga pas ose një "Text", ose "Paper" nëse i vini re, pra në këto lidhje që shihen ne google gjithsesi flitet për shkurtim të vendimit në kuptimin e heqjes së neneve që ndoshta sjell edhe shkurtim të masave (të dënimit, të konfiskimit, të kohës, të masës, të tokës, të pasurisë subjekt të këtij vendimi, etj). Pra duhet kuptuar se çfarë shkurtohet, por gjithsesi, bëhet fjalë për amendament.
