Mund të thuash në këtë rast "the actions of the defendant do not constitute elements of the legal definition of the criminal offence/act", por me aq sa kam hasur, në gjuhën ligjore nuk është nevoja të përdoret në anglisht. Për shembull, ky dokument http://www.justice.gov.al/UserFiles/File/vjetari/VJETARI 200... e përkthen figurën e veprës penale thjesht si "criminal acts". |
