K." and "Pr." stand Explanation: The letter "K" stands for "Code" and letters "Pr." stand for Procedure. They are normally used as abbreviations in legal documents, laws, etc. Wherever you see K.Pr., it is translated "code of Procedure", it should be followed by "civil" (AL) or "Penale"(Al). Thus we have K.Pr. civile - Code of Civil Procedure, and K.PR.Penale - Code of Criminal Procedure. My translation in legal field at the Supreme Court of Albania. |
