No offense but it's seems to me that it is no need for any translation in this case. My understanding is that the asker is asking if somebody can give him an explanation about the difference between the two dates, registration and incorporation date, with 3 years span. Here is my explanation. The registration date is when any business or entity begin life, start to operate as a business. Incorporation date is when this solo business or entity forms into a legal corporate. For example, you start your own business today and based on the law you have to register to operate. In three years you partner with two or more other businesses forming into a legal corporation ( or it is just your own business that has grown so fast and is ready to form a legal corporate) and the date when all the businesses merge together forming a legal corporation is incorporation date. I hope I explained it right.

Ashtu eshte Sherefedin por une mendoj se incorporation date eshte korrekte sepse kam punuar me shume dokumenta ligjore dhe kompanie dhe ky term eshte shume i perdorur. Ndoshta nuk shprehem shume qarte dhe shpjegimet e mia mund te ngjajne siperfaqesore por flas nga eksperienca;).

Duke u nisur nga informacioni i dhënë nga pyetësi do t’i lejoja vetes disa konstatime:
a. bëhet fjalë për dokument të lëshuar në Republikën e Kosovës;
b. është dokument i përpiluar (formalisht) në tri gjuhë: shqip, serbisht dhe anglisht. Them “formalisht” se shpesh shprehja e përdorur në shqip nuk përputhet plotësisht me atë në serbisht ose anglisht etj. Kombinacione të tjera të ngjashme mund t’i paramendoni edhe vetë.
c. për fat të keq, dokumentet e reja që lëshohen nga autoritete të ndryshme në Republikën e Kosovës shpesh janë “përkthime” të drejtpërdrejta, të tërthorta apo të mundshme të ndonjë dokumenti që diku në botë ekziston në anglishte. Zakonisht parapëlqehen variante dokumentesh nga SHBA.
Druaj se ky është vetëm një ilustrim i parimit “përkthim përkthimi = stërpërkthim”, thënë ndryshe: Garbage In, Garbage Out.

The registration and incorporation change between each other by the fact that registration happens when you submit the request to court, with the: a) statute of the company, c) capital explanation; b) partners; and many other elements. Sorry - I should have added this: The form header is "Qeveria e Kosoves" and "Ministria e Tregtisë dhe Industrisë" plus "RBK" (=Regjistri Biznezor i Kosovës, I think). Very little content, just Lloji i biznezit, adresa and the incorporation/registration dates.

Hello, I do see the field of the term but I would kindly ask you to please add some more details about the area. By this I mean, are you talking about a registration of a company at the City Court, at the Tax Office, Enterprices Register? What is it about, please? Thanks a lot
