  -> You are welcome .. The point is that this rank isn't used in all Arab countries which increases the possibility of being a correct (lucky) suggestion .. By the way , I am still talking to myself on the other word page !!

agree  Stephen Franke: As Fuad mentioned (after check of a numebr of URLs), this name of that NCO rank seems unique only to the Saudi Arabian Army (now called "Royal Saudi Land Forces) & MAYBE also to equivalent in that country's SA National Guard (Al-Harass al-waTanii).
