Arabic term or phrase: sabeen

I'm choosing a good Islamic name for my daughter. Can you please help me with the meaning of this (common enough!!) female Islamic Name??

Please give me all meanings of the possible variations of the Arabic word (many are possible as I understand..) and please tell me what does the Word most commonly imply and if it suitable for my daughter...etc.(also in any other languages if possible).
