Faculty is the term used in most university and in Academic environments: Note that administrative personnel are referred to as staff. I put two sample pages one from a US university (my alma mater) and one from a UK university. Note the distinction between faculty and staff on the second web reference

neutral  Salam Alrawi: I liked the word and I asked about it I heard that it will not only include the teaching staff but it will also incluse any person work there in the school like the libary ....etc, this is why I agreed on teaching staff

  -> Thanks Salam, but I've been there, Staff is just called staff :-) Again please check my second web reference! There is a section for staff and section for faculty.
