تقع الجامعة في فاس وتضم الكليات التالية: الآداب والدراسات الإنسانية (فرعان)، والعلوم القانونية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، والعلوم (فرعان)، وتوجد أفرع الكلية في دار المحراز وسايس. كما تضم الجامعة المدرسة العليا للتكنولوجيا Superior School of Technology. وإلى جانب الجامعات السالف ذكرها، يوجد بالمغرب الكثير من المدارس الوطنية والحكومية التي تمنح الشهادات الجامعية، علاوة على الدبلومات، وتعقد أحياناً دورات دراسية للخريجين في المجالات المتخصصة. وسيشير موقع أينَ إلى هذه المؤسسات في الجزء الخاص بالدراسات المهنية.
