disagree  atef Sharia: surety bond is a three-party instrument between a surety, the contractor and the project owner (http://www.sba.gov/financing/bonds/whatis.html), which is not what explained in the text above

'IKTITAB' is to contribute money/valuable item(s) towards achieving [some sort of goal].....
