Social Sciences - Government / Politics | | Arabic term or phrase: نرنامج للتمويل الموسع | A rough translation of the term is easy enough (program for expanded funding/financing), but I'm looking for specific references to this program or agreement, which took place in Algeria in 1995, following the 1994 standby agreement, and haven't been able to find any.
