I know of course what the word means and I'm inclined to ignore it a bit here, but then again I might be missing something. Does this sound correct -

34. Risk management must ensure that the decision making process will be translucent and uniform in all cases, avoiding barriers that are uncalled for in trading

(This is one of the hardest texts I've encountered as part of my studies! Wow...)
