I'm not quite sure I understand the expression in context:

زيادة الفهم العام للعملية بما يزيد الثقة والاطمئنان بسلامة الامدلدات الغذاشئة

(امدلدات should of course be امدادات)

(6) Increasing the general understanding of the operation for improving the reliability and security of food supply - ?

The repetition of the root زيد is a little confusing here...

For the whole sentence most of what other friends have said are correct. As for me, I translate the whole thing as follow:

An increase in general awareness (or knowledge) about the operation, will lead to higher levels of trust and assurance about the food aid.
