Article 16 . If the tenderer is an agent in
commission he has to show his rate of
commission to be paid directly to the him in
Syrian pounds according to the current prices
specified by the office of foreign currencies up
to the date of l/c , or direct transferring of the
amount ,but all this must be after the protocol
of receipt according to the conditions of
contracting .
مادة 16 - إذا كان العارض وكي ً لا بالعمولة فعليه أن
يبين في العرض بوضوح نسبة عمولته الصافية
وتدفع هذه العمولة للوكيل مباشرة بالعملة السورية
على أساس السعر الذي يحدده مكتب القطع للعملات
الأجنبية المعمول به بتاريخ فتح الاعتماد المستندي أو
التحويل المباشر للقيمة وذلك بعد الاستلام النهائي
وفقًا للشروط التعاقدية .
