I have no doubt that the question was posted by someone who was "stuck" with "the casting" of the whole sentence. One can also have difficulty with the meaning of a whole paragraph, a whole essay, or a whole book. People have the right to fail to understand or fail to provide a translation. And if these people want to ask others to translate for them, that is thier privilege, but KudoZ on ProZ.com is not the right place to seek this kind of help. KudoZ is for seeking help with terms or with a specific linguistic question that is articulated by the asker, not for sentences to be translated by others. This question is in violation of site rules. The answers given are likewise in violation.

I agree with you, Fuad. However, occassionally one is stuck not with the meaning of a single term but with the casting of an entire sentence or a phrase. I think this is one of those occassions where we have to be a bit flexible in applying the rule.
