Explanation:
It was much easier to compose a valid and grammatically correct sentence by including the few words before the source term.

For the word يتضمن we could also use "guarantees" but I prefer "confirms" for this context it's more customary to use but both are correct.

Asker: Thank you. By the way, the sentence can be taken as a well structured one if compared to another source file over 50 pages, full of all kinds of language mistakes, that really gave me hard times translating thereof!!!!!!!!!!
