In Egyptian texts this term tends to be translated as "Presidential decree" however, in Yemeni texts sometimes I find it as "Presidential decree" and other times as "Republican decree". Here, I need the answer specific to the Yemeni context. |

This is how it is stated in most of the translations I have given and it has been used as such, usually these require regulatory confirmation by Parliament, which usually have never been denied. These are usually issued when Parliament or House of Representatives is not in session.
