With regards to the explanation/clarification given, I agree with Nesrin, and tend to believe it could be a suppository. Can not confirm though if no further text is given.

So from the added context it appears that she forgot to take her medicine from 9 am till 12pm the following day. But what kind of dosage الحشا is we're still to find out.. capsule? suppository? Possibly a word commonly used in a local dialect.

Another weird bit: "الساعه التاسعه صباح ليله امس"... why not just الساعه التاسعه صباح امس? Nine o'clock isn't exactly one of the small hours of the morning!
