Hi Fuad , thanks for the comments but I think there is a misunderstanding . I didn't use the word "Bozok" because I considered Mr. Nazih Ghadhban's English an authoritative as you said .. But after a comparison and analysis of what you , Randa and me got .. All the terms mentioned and suggested for the Arabic word were referring to an instrument which may be of the same shape and specifications but with various origins rather than the "Arab origin" which is the one I am searching for .. If "no such word (referring to Arab origin) exists in English" then this point supports what I have done which is considering this word a borrowed with respect to the English language and in this case a transliteration and footnote will introduce the word to English speakers .. Don't forget that the word "Oud" is almost the same case of borrowing ..
