Arabic term or phrase: halala
"halala" when mouslim praise thier god
English translation:hallala هلّل: to say la ilaha illa Allah
I agree with everything Fuad said, but le me also add another perspective.
There is an actual Arabic verb called hallala هلل, whose noun is tahlil تهليل. This is similar to takbir and tasbih. The meaning is "to pronounce la ilaha illa Allah". An example is the following excerpt from a Hadith comforting the poor who have no wealth to give to charity:
أو ليس قد جعل الله لكم ما تصدقون إن بكل تسبيحة صدقة وكل تكبيرة صدقة وكل تحميدة صدقة وكل (( تهليلة صدقة )) وأمر بالمعروف صدقة ونهي عن منكر صدقة
It is even possible that "hallala" is the origin of the Christian praise "haleluyah".
Now a caveat. Because I do not keep a TV at home, I am not sure what's on SNL. You can tell better which halala you are asking about; the one Fuad is referring to, or the verb describing a form of praising Allah.
I'd also want to point out that the majority of Muslim scholars agree that the name Allah is a proper noun regardless of its extraction. Thus the name Allah should always be transliterated and not translated to "God". The importance of this is that the concept of God in Christianity for example is quite different from Islam, but this is not the place to dwell on this.

LA ILAHA ILLALLAH
The correct expression, written above in Latin letters to help you pronounce it, means, "There is no deity except God." You will find this statement translated in many different ways, but this is its basic meaning. It is an abbreviated version of the first part of the Muslim profession of faith, and expresses the deep monotheistic foundations of Islam.
The trisyllabic "word" that you posted is a lampoon often heard on Saturday Night Live and similar productions, intended to insult Muslims by depicting them as incomprehensible imbeciles. It is an example of the crass, tasteless humor dished out at the expense of Arabs and Muslims, the only two identifiable groups that still can be targeted with bigotry on mass media without public outrage or official censure.
