Not Arabic Explanation: Arabic does not have any letter representing the P sound. The word has a quasi-Greco quality about it because of the initial "Xi-". Upon closer inspection, the word appers to be no more than the two words LEO PHOENIX in reverse (imperfectly: two letters are switched). "Leo Phoenix" may be somebody's personal name.
