Arabic term or phrase: Ana alhamdu lillah (I am doing...fine)
As noted in request
Praise be to God, I am doing fine...
Or "Praised be God". I would put the salutation either before or after "I am doing fine", not between "I am doing" and "fine", which would be far too textual.
Pretty straigh-forward -- hope it's helpful.
