نلو as I see it would stand for نللو as in common gulf dialect; that is بلتح انناه èتشدêد èمسر انلاء èسمèو انوèو. I read it as if the poet is talking about the joy of the camels turning back with his beloved (or bride as talking wedding rituals) on them after his calls for them not to leave.

Explanation:
The ن here is the article " ان", or the, as in some dilaects they tend to remove the "ا" or use other letters such as ه as in هلو. This is the case in the Tehama strip that stretches down the eastern Arabian Peninsula from Hejaz to the southern tip of Yemen.
