I would not go for translating titles unless they were not just proper nouns. Al-Hilaliya, if I am not mistaken, is an old Arab epic about a certain Abu Zaid bin Rizq Al-Hilali, head of the Bani Hilal tribe and the migration of Arabs from the peninsula to North Africa (among which is Tunisia).
