Arabic term or phrase: Ya ouled al harrata, Al mallem Bouzekri
A Moroccan man recalls from his childhood a song his father used to sing him (the event takes place in the 50s, so if there’s actually such a song, considering the man is 30 years old, it may date from 20s.) the line is the only piece mentioned, it would be of help if you inserted the original arabic script of it too:

“There was one song he still recalled in its entirety. It went: Ya ouled al harrata, Al mallem Bouzekri... His father had told him all the boys of Fez ran through the streets singing it when rain was needed.”

(the text is an english one i'm translating into turkish)

English translation:O' Sons of farmers, O' Master Bouzakri
Explanation:
This is a hymn to the farmers (cultivators) who, in an arid environment, praise the Lord for so-much-needed rain (shta).
Buzakri is a proper name (Ab(o)u Zakri). (as in Zachary, Zacharia...)
There are more phrases missing between these two.
