تستكمل شركة التطوير الإجراءات النظامية اللازمة للتطوير ومتابعة الجهات
الحكومية المختصة بمعالجة قضايا الملكيات والحيازات المختلفة بالموقع وغير
ذلك مما يسهل ويسرع العملية التطويرية. كما يتم التنسيق مع الأمانة / البلدية
بشأن حقوق ملاك (أراضي الغيّب، أراضي الحكر، أراضي الأوقاف،
الأراضي التي لم تستكمل إجراءات صكوكها، أراضي الورثة المختلفين أو
القصر) وخصوصاً الملكيات التي يتعذر الحصول على وثائق شرعية مستكملة
لإجراءاتها.
