I didn't find any reference for the first term الشيحمة , would you please propose the appropriate translation in Christianism ?
Plus,did the second and third terms have different meaning than we know ?

You could not find any reference for these terms because they are originally Seriac terms.

There is a similar term close to الشحيمة
which is الشيحمة or الشحيم

كتاب فرض الصلوات عند الموارنة والسريان والكلمة سريانية

I believe this is the first step in the Eastern Christian religious training. It is the step that precedes deaconhood. Befor the student becomes a Deacon شماس he is given a title of "reader" قاري أو قارويا

For lack of references, this is mostly guesswork. I hope it will be of some use.

كراسة does have a meaning:
Consecration, hallow, sanctify.
