إن الله تعالى قد اختار العلماء ليكونوا شهداء على أعظم مشهود، ألا وهو الوحدانية
Explanation: Since you limited the meaning to an abstract noun, i.e. الوحدانية, you can use either:
- the greatest attestation, i.e. oneness[or whatever you picked],...
- the greatest thing witnessed / to be witnessed / of what is witnessed
