Esta es la traducción que se suele utilizar en Marruecos para este término. En mi opinión, el término se utiliza con el mismo sentido en Argelia. Se trata de un título universitario, de 4 años.
Es un sistema anterior al sistema de LMD en las universidades europeas y no tiene equivalente ahora en el mismo
