Arabic term or phrase: قيمر
Se trata de una receta iraquí cuyos ingredientes principales son leche y nata. Se cocinan en el fuego hasta lograr una crema espesa y a continuación se deja enfriar. Se sirve en el desayuno y generalmente va acompañada con sirope de dátil o miel. En inglés se le llama "gamer", pero no puedo encontrar la traducción en español.

agree  Itzea Goikolea Amiano: O incluso sin nota, porque si ya lo explicas, pues ya se sabe, y se mantiene el nombre, que al fín y al cabo, también en inglés parece haberse adaptado desde el árabe.
