Armenian to English translations [Non-PRO] Law/Patents - Medical: Cardiology / clinical studies / trials | | Armenian term or phrase: Nakhagah (here) | The context is that of a letter from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia to a French

Ministry official or Minister. At the bottom left, there is the word Nakhagah.
Is this to be translated as cc: the President? Also, is this in reference to the President of the
Ministry Committee or the President of the Republic of Armenia. Is it customary to forward a copy

the outside world?
Many thanks. |
